Or a general abridgment of the law, as it is now practised in the several courts of chancery, king's bench, common pleas and exchequer. Digested by way of common-place, under alphabetical heads, with great variety of cases extracted from the reports and statutes. Together with all the rules of the said courts. To which is added, a supplement, continuing the rules of the said respective courts down to Michaelmas term 1744. and containing all such acts of Parliament, and adjudged cases, made and reported since the first publication of this edition, as any ways relate to the practice of the said courts. With two tables, one of the several acts of Parliament mention'd and explain'd throughout this whole work, the other, of the names of the several heads-contained in each volume
